Perceived Self-Efficacy Levels of Prospective Teachers Regarding Some Factors in the Framework of Web Pedagogical Content Knowledge

The goal of this research is to investigate self-efficacy degrees prospective teachers from different disciplines in terms five sub-dimension Web Pedagogical Content Knowledge (W-PACK) and whether factors (gender, grade, or department) significantly affect teachers’ perceived levels not. study employed the survey method, a quantitative non-experimental technique. students, who were second, third, fourth grades, successfully finished two-period first-year information technology obligatory courses. study's findings demonstrated that pre-service quite confident their ability use web understand its general, communication, content, pedagogical, attitudinal elements. also revealed there no statistically significant variations responses with respect gender across all sub-scales. Moreover, appreciable any sub-scales W-PACK regarding departments. With exception attitude toward web-based education, between participant grades dimensions sub-dimensions. results study, however, attitudes instruction varied considerably junior senior groups. In light findings, teaching methods should be coordinated existing curricula provide teacher candidates application content-pedagogical-technology components an integrated manner.
